Some tips to help you prepare for your online counseling session:

  • Find a quiet and private space to meet online and set up your computer a few minutes prior to the session. Ensure that your microphone and webcam are working properly.

  • Use a headset to ensure more privacy.

  • To maximize your internet bandwidth, close all programs running on your computer and ask family members to minimize use of internet.
